Mr.とかつけるなら、名字かフルネームに。ファーストネームだけならそれだけで。

"san"使ってくれるのは、親日の人か、日本通か、こっちが日本人ってので気遣いをしてくれてる人たちだ。

I would like to mention that to you, in a case you are unaware of it, sending cash (both bills and coins) by regular mail is ILLEGAL in Japan. It is considered as unacceptable and inappropriate to do so and some people in Japan might get offended if they receive cash that way. For the future, you might want to find out about other options to send money to Japan beside Pay-Pal.

ので、例文と検索結果のこぴぺを交えて自分なりにアレンジしてみますた；

I'd like to mention that to you, though you may know already:

Sending cash(both bills and coins) by regular postal mail is ILLEGAL in Japan,

so it is usually very hated and refused.

For the future, you might find out about other options to send money to Japan beside Paypal.

(For example, Net-Banking, International-exchange, and so on)

You can take it or leave it, but here's a piece of advice for you.
